Wow, what preliminary work, right? 😀
That is already the reason why most SEO texts are so poor.
So we now have the following:
- Clarity on rough structure
- Keywords + Clusters
- Style and text information for/from clients
- Copied texts of top competitors
- Word document
We now open the Word document again and ideally have 2 screens in front of us, or on one screen, the keywords online in KWFinder or Excel on the left AND the Word document on the right.
We now copy the focus keywords + main keywords ABOVE the text.
After that, we try to assign the clusters to existing paragraphs or, if necessary, insert the cluster for new paragraphs at a suitable place.
Once that is done, we go and start REWRITING headlines and paragraphs AND incorporating the keywords from the cluster and with regard to the main keywords.
The more often a keyword appears in the text, the higher the keyword density (see lesson) and Google is more likely to rate the text as relevant.
Tip and hint: Bold keywords and key phrases (several words together) in the text (see lesson).
Why is the structure or hierarchy of a text so important?
You only have a few seconds to convince someone to stay on your website. Therefore, the same approach applies to content on the internet as to a newspaper: the principle of the inverted pyramid. Everything starts with the core message, followed by detailed main information, and finally the background of the entire „story.“
The core message should already be visible „above the fold“ so that the most important information is immediately apparent. ATTENTION: If the SEO text is rather at the very bottom of a page, then this is less relevant!
